Who is Craig Harper?

Craig Harper is a prominent figure in Australia, known for his expertise in health, high-performance, resilience, self-management, leadership, corporate change, communication, stress management, addiction, and personal transformation.

With a career spanning since 1982, he has served as an Exercise Scientist, Corporate Speaker, Consultant, University Lecturer, AFL Conditioning Coach, Radio Host, TV Presenter, Writer, and successful Business Owner.

In 1990, he established Harper’s Personal Training, which became one of the most successful businesses in the Australian fitness industry for nearly 25 years.

Craig hosts the successful podcast 'The You Project' and is partnering with the BrainPark Team at Monash University. Currently, he is completing a Ph.D. in Neuropsychology.

He has been a regular on various radio stations in Australia and hosted 'the Science of Sport' on Melbourne radio for a decade. He also hosted Foxtel’s 'Living Life Now' and held an on-air role on Network Ten’s '9AM' morning show as their resident Fitness Expert and Performance Coach.

Craig currently presents on the lifestyle show 'Get a Life' on Foxtel. He has written for the Herald Sun newspaper, various magazines, and authored seven books.

As an Exercise Scientist, he has worked with numerous professional athletes and teams, including St. Kilda F.C., Melbourne Vixens, Melbourne Phoenix, Port Melbourne F.C., Nissan Motorsport, and several Olympians and world-class athletes in various sports.

While still involved with teams and individuals, Craig now delivers over one hundred corporate presentations annually.

Craig served as the director of Health and Wellness for DayHab, one of Australia’s leading addiction treatment facilities, for three years.
